Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Flooring Sales Representative to join our team at Diverzify. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for guiding our customers in selecting and purchasing the appropriate flooring option for their commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to understand their flooring needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest flooring products and technologies to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
  • Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, and participate in marketing initiatives to promote our flooring solutions.
  • Project Management: Work closely with customers, architects, and contractors to ensure successful project execution, from initial consultation to final installation.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the flooring industry or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
