Job Overview

The Sr. Manager, Regional Sales will play a crucial role in driving our sales strategy and growth. This key position requires a seasoned sales leader with experience in regional or global sales roles, preferably in aviation or industrial manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a customer development funnel with tailored value propositions for priority countries, ensuring alignment with our overall goals and product roadmap.
  • Create and implement a regional sales strategy, utilizing metrics, processes, and tools to build and retain a strong customer base.
  • Analyze market trends, opportunities, and customer feedback to enhance sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, contracts, organizational development, or management; Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 15 years of progressive experience, with 8+ years in a regional or global sales role; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
  • Proven sales leader with a track record of success, utilizing metrics, processes, and tools to build and implement strategy.
  • Persuasive speaking skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and proactive delivery of communication.
  • Ability to self-manage and navigate ambiguous environments, providing clarity to customers and stakeholders.
Compensation

This position offers a competitive salary range: $251,000 - $320,600 USD, plus an eligible bonus as part of total compensation.
