Responsabilidades y Requisitos del Líder de Equipo:

  1. Experiencia: Tener al menos 1 año de experiencia profesional en paseos de perros trabajando para una empresa de cuidado de mascotas o 2 años de experiencia en un campo de servicio al cliente o con experiencia en gestión.
  2. Capacidad Física: Ser capaz de pasear perros grandes y pequeños hasta 5-6 millas al día y levantar 40-50 libras (un perro o bolsa de comida para mascotas).
  3. Resiliencia Climática: Estar preparado para enfrentar todas las condiciones climáticas de Nueva Inglaterra, desde lluvia y viento hasta aguanieve y nieve. Pasearás perros durante 15 minutos hasta una hora a la vez, cubriendo hasta 6 millas al día.
  4. Tareas de Cuidado de Mascotas: Sentirte cómodo alimentando a los animales con una variedad de alimentos, recogiendo excrementos de perros, limpiando cajas de arena, recogiendo vómito y cualquier otra tarea de cuidado de mascotas que el propietario haya solicitado.
  5. Habilidades Tecnológicas: Ser competente en el uso de tecnología y actualizar los perfiles de cuidado de mascotas en nuestro software de programación, incluyendo instrucciones claras sobre la ubicación de materiales, cómo alimentar a los animales, administrar medicamentos, limpiar cajas de arena, y cualquier otra tarea de cuidado de mascotas solicitada.
  6. Programación y Supervisión: Sentirte cómodo programando servicios y cambiando horarios cuando el Gerente de Cuidado de Mascotas no esté disponible, entrevistando a posibles nuevos empleados, monitoreando visitas, capacitando y supervisando al personal.
  7. Proyectos Empresariales: Estar dispuesto a completar otros proyectos relacionados con el negocio (creación de gráficos para redes sociales, tarjetas de vacaciones, tarjetas de cumpleaños, tarjetas de duelo, etc.).
  8. Comunicación: Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita son imprescindibles, ya que estarás en contacto directo con los clientes y nuestro Gerente de Cuidado de Mascotas. Responder de manera rápida y eficiente a todas las consultas de nuestro equipo.
  9. Habilidades Organizativas: Debes ser extremadamente organizado, confiable, automotivado y tener una actitud positiva. Seguir un horario proporcionado por el Gerente de Cuidado de Mascotas es esencial.
  10. Defensor de los Animales: Brindar a cada mascota tu atención total y colmarlas de amor durante tu visita asignada. También proporcionarás servicios de recogida y entrega para caminatas individuales de perros, paseos en vecindarios con correa y paseos grupales en vecindarios con correa.
  11. Seguridad Primero: Mantener el control y asegurar la seguridad de todos los animales bajo tu cuidado. La seguridad es primordial al visitar los hogares de nuestros clientes, y serás responsable de mantenerla.
  12. Limpio y Ecológico: Recoger y desechar adecuadamente todos los desechos de mascotas durante tus visitas, manteniendo el entorno limpio y seguro.
  13. Actualizaciones Diarias: Después de cada visita, proporcionarás una nota diaria en nuestra aplicación de programación, completa con una foto para confirmar los servicios y actualizar tanto al propietario como a Pawsitive Dawg sobre tu visita.

Compensación:

  • Compensación competitiva (depende de la experiencia) pagada semanalmente.
  • Te pagamos por servicio (la comisión promedio varía entre $15.50-$19.75/hora dependiendo del servicio) + reembolso de millaje + estipendio para teléfono celular + 100% de propinas.
  • Dependiendo de tu disponibilidad y experiencia, esta es una excelente manera de ganar ingresos suplementarios.
  • Puedes ganar dinero extra si estás dispuesto a aceptar horas adicionales, proporcionar pernoctaciones o trabajar los fines de semana.

  • Debes tener un teléfono inteligente con capacidad para enviar mensajes de texto, así como descargar y utilizar nuestro software de programación.
  • Debes tener un automóvil con licencia de conducir válida y seguro de automóvil.
  • Asignamos paseos de perros dentro de 5 millas de la casa de nuestro personal, por lo que los empleados deben vivir dentro de 15 minutos de nuestra área de servicio.
  • 4 referencias relevantes (3 profesionales y 1 personal).
  • Compromiso de estar siempre disponible para visitas de último minuto (a menos que estés enfermo o hayas solicitado tiempo libre previamente) durante las horas acordadas.
  • Puede ser necesario trabajar ocasionalmente en horas de la tarde o fines de semana para entrevistas con clientes.
