Qualifications We Seek:- Certification: A recognized certification in Dog Training (such as CPDT-KA, CPDT-KAS, or PCBC-A) is preferred. Candidates who are eligible to take certification exams within the next six months are also encouraged to express their interest.
- Experience: A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in dog training is required.
- Fear-Free Approach: Candidates must be Fear Free certified or willing to obtain certification, as our commitment to a fear-free methodology is central to our operations.
- Force-Free Training Philosophy: A strong commitment to and practice of force-free training techniques is essential. We do not condone the use of force, aversive methods, or punitive measures.

- Must reside within a reasonable distance from our service area.
- Four relevant references (three professional and one personal).
- Commitment to being available for last-minute assignments during agreed hours.
- Willingness to accommodate occasional evening or weekend client meetings.
- Clean background check and driving record.
