Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Call Center Agent to join our growing team. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, answering inbound calls, and making outbound calls to customers and sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with customers and sales representatives
  • Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to customers and sales representatives
  • Manage sales representatives' schedules and ensure timely follow-up
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales quotas
  • Provide top-notch customer service and resolve conflicts and issues
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent computer and communication skills
  • Customer service experience and ability to resolve conflicts and issues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong sales skills and ability to overcome objections
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Experience with CRM software and home improvement remodeling industry a plus
Education and Experience

We require a high school degree and at least 1 year of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service. Previous call center experience is a plus.
