Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development and strategic sales approach targeting key accounts as identified by executive leadership.
  • Build and nurture strong business relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
  • Remain informed about industry trends and shifts to effectively position EPC Power Corp. in the market.
  • Engage in travel to client locations to promote EPC Power's unique value proposition and participate in industry trade shows.
  • Travel requirements may reach up to 50%.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned within the scope of the role.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the power conversion or renewable energy sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in formulating, documenting, and executing a strategic sales plan.

  • Competitive salary range of $200,000 - $250,000, plus performance-based bonuses.
