Job Summary and QualificationsWhat qualifications are required:
- Bachelor's Degree and a BSN are mandatory.
If the Bachelor's degree is not held, candidates must be enrolled in a BSN program within the first six months of employment and complete the program within two years.
- A minimum of two years of RN experience is preferred.- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Clinical competence in relevant areas.
- Valid Texas RN license.
- Current BCLS certification from AHA or ARC is required.
- Current PALS certification is preferred and must be obtained within the first year of employment.
