About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Cath Lab team as a Manager RN Cardiac Cath Lab. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading our team of nurses to deliver high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses to ensure seamless patient care and efficient lab operations.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and lab efficiency.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient data and lab results.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and lab performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required, BSN preferred.
  • Two years of RN experience in Cardiac Cath Lab or related field preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Clinically competent in areas of responsibility.
  • Current Texas licensure as R.N. and BCLS certification required.
  • PALS certification preferred.
