Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage academic recruitment processes and oversee personnel administration.
  • Coordinate leave administration, benefits, and employee relations.
  • Handle payroll management and ensure compliance with institutional policies.
  • Serve as the primary resource for academic personnel policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate credentialing, privileging, and visa processes.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4-6 years of expertise in academic personnel administration.
  • In-depth knowledge of university-wide academic personnel policies and procedures.
  • Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

Preferred:

  • Experience with payroll systems such as UCPath or PeopleSoft.
  • Familiarity with recruitment systems like Academic Recruit.
  • Knowledge of dossier management systems.
