Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven HVAC Comfort Advisor to join our team. As an HVAC Comfort Advisor, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities- Generate new business opportunities through lead generation activities, such as attending networking events, home shows, and community events.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations.
- Attend weekly sales meetings and coaching sessions to stay up-to-date on company goals, strategies, and best practices.
- Complete all necessary paperwork, including agreements, finance documents, heat gain and loss calculations, installation notes, and rebate forms.
- Valid driver's license.
- Prior industry experience is a plus.
- Good organizational and time management skills to ensure scheduled deadlines are met.
- Professional appearance and personality.
- Computer literate with working knowledge of word processing, business software, and spreadsheet applications.
