Key Responsibilities
  • Customized Solutions: Develop and implement customized sales strategies to meet customer needs, leveraging your knowledge of telecommunications products and services.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest offerings, pricing plans, and technological advancements in the telecommunications industry, ensuring you can provide expert advice to customers.
  • Sales Pitch: Craft compelling sales pitches that effectively communicate the value of Optimum Corp's products and services, addressing customer concerns and objections.
  • Closing Deals: Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customers are satisfied and committed to our solutions.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and contract documentation.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional post-sales support and assistance to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to share insights, strategies, and best practices, driving collective success and growth.
  • Targets and Quotas: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas, demonstrating your commitment to personal and team performance.
  • Compliance: Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and sales practices, upholding the highest standards of ethics and integrity.
Requirements
  • Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, minimum one year of previous door-to-door selling experience, effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and proficiency in computer and technical skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Sales-centric mindset, extensive product knowledge, digital proficiency, and ability to adapt to new technologies and digital transformation.
