Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Sourcing and Procurement Coordinator to enhance our team. If you enjoy teamwork, possess strong analytical skills, and have a background in purchasing renewable energy materials, this role is tailored for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Procurement Initiatives: Manage the acquisition of essential equipment, ensuring alignment with project specifications.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely project completion within budget.
  • Supplier Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a robust supply chain.
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize procurement processes.
  • Documentation: Review and process Bills of Materials, ensuring compliance with purchasing standards.
  • RFP Oversight: Manage the Request for Proposal process to select optimal suppliers for major equipment.
  • Communication: Ensure effective communication with all parties involved in the procurement process.
  • Forecasting: Provide insights on material pricing and logistics to inform future project planning.
  • Logistics Coordination: Oversee the transportation of materials to project sites for timely delivery.
  • Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities adhere to relevant regulations and standards.

Work Environment:
This role is primarily remote, with occasional in-person collaboration.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 3+ years of experience in procurement, project management, or related fields.
  • Preferred experience in renewable energy or construction sectors.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
