Position Summary: We are currently seeking a full-time Maintenance & Repairs Coordinator / 310T Mechanic to join our team in Georgetown, Ontario. This essential role will report directly to the Shipping Manager and requires a collaborative individual with a proactive work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the scheduling of truck maintenance and repairs in alignment with company protocols.
  • Maintain precise records of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections on company equipment, addressing non-scheduled maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Resolve equipment-related issues effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with all Federal and Provincial regulations regarding maintenance files.
  • Upload invoices into the fleet management system, ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • 310T licensed Truck & Coach Technician.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Experience in maintenance is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of Ministry of Transportation regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
