Position Summary: We are currently seeking a full-time Maintenance & Repairs Coordinator / 310T Mechanic to join our team in Georgetown, Ontario. This essential role will report directly to the Shipping Manager and requires a collaborative individual with a proactive work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the scheduling of truck maintenance and repairs in alignment with company protocols.
- Maintain precise records of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
- Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections on company equipment, addressing non-scheduled maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
- Resolve equipment-related issues effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all Federal and Provincial regulations regarding maintenance files.
- Upload invoices into the fleet management system, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- 310T licensed Truck & Coach Technician.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Experience in maintenance is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of Ministry of Transportation regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
