This hourly position is responsible for overseeing administrative and managerial functions for the installation team.

Detailed Job Functions:

Scheduling: Coordinate all installation and service appointments, ensuring clear communication of customer expectations throughout the process.

Shipments: Manage and oversee incoming shipments to the warehouse.

Billing:

  • Prepare invoices for projects and service calls.
  • Ensure all completed projects meet compliance standards and collaborate with technicians to achieve 100% completion.
Job Requirements:

Team Collaboration and Customer Satisfaction: Collaborate with the installation service team to achieve monthly productivity targets while fostering a positive work atmosphere and ensuring customer satisfaction.
