Key Responsibilities:
This hourly position is responsible for overseeing administrative and managerial functions for the installation team.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to coordinate and manage team activities.

- Report directly to the General Manager.
Detailed Job Functions:
Scheduling: Coordinate all installation and service appointments, ensuring clear communication of customer expectations throughout the process.
Shipments: Manage and oversee incoming shipments to the warehouse.
Billing:
- Prepare invoices for projects and service calls.
- Ensure all completed projects meet compliance standards and collaborate with technicians to achieve 100% completion.
Team Collaboration and Customer Satisfaction: Collaborate with the installation service team to achieve monthly productivity targets while fostering a positive work atmosphere and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Uphold Company Values: Assist the General Manager in promoting core values within the team.
- Enhance Customer Satisfaction: Support the General Manager in reaching desired customer satisfaction goals.
