Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Product Management: Ensure that the Market Grille area is well-stocked, visually appealing, and meets customer expectations.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train department employees to ensure they are meeting customer service standards and performing their duties efficiently.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels, including ordering and receiving products, to ensure that the department is always stocked and ready for customers.
  • Operations: Assist with daily operations, including setting up and maintaining displays, preparing for catering events, and ensuring that the department is clean and organized.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Sanitation (Food Safety) courses a plus.
  • Experience: One year of experience in a similar or related role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong communication and leadership skills.
Working Conditions

This position is frequently exposed to a cool environment, dampness, noise from equipment, and vibrations from some equipment. There are possible equipment movement hazards from slicers and choppers. There is daily exposure to cleaning chemicals and solvents. This is a fast-paced work environment.
