Job Title: Staff Internal Auditor

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Staff Internal Auditor to join our Internal Audit team. As a Staff Internal Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness of our internal controls and risk management processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the audit team with operational and financial audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare audit work papers to document and support audit observations and conclusions.
  • Review the status of corrective actions taken in response to observations and recommendations by responsible process owners.
  • Assist with SOX 404 testing for business processes assigned.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 2+ years of external/internal audit experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Team player with ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Working knowledge of SAP.
  • Experience in manufacturing industry a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
