Deputy Chief of Staff

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Chief of Staff to join our leadership team at Curaleaf, a leading public cannabis company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, consumer/retail, technology, or law, with a proven ability to understand and integrate various business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve company goals in collaboration with the CEO and Chief of Staff.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of business operations and financial performance to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including operations, finance, legal, compliance, and IT teams, and business units.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide high-level support to the executive team, including preparing reports, presentations, and briefings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
