Key Responsibilities- Identify and generate potential sales leads.
- Conduct outreach to clients within your designated area.
- Provide assistance to clients via phone or in-person interactions.
- Utilize product samples or catalogs to present offerings.
- Participate in industry trade shows.
- Collaborate with company representatives to maintain current accounts and marketing materials.
- Ensure all client information is accurately recorded in the electronic database.
- Establish and nurture relationships with referring practices.
- Manage transaction and expense reporting.
- Address and resolve any client complaints.
- Compile lists of potential clients for sales initiatives.
- Travel within the assigned territory to engage with existing and prospective clients.
- Interact with clients on the sales floor or via phone.
- Demonstrate products using samples or catalogs; attend trade shows.
- Work alongside inside sales representatives to keep account activities and literature updated.
- Coordinate training for clients; input new client data and sales information into the database.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with referring practices.
- Contribute to direct mail campaigns, ensuring materials are processed effectively.
- Prepare business transaction reports and maintain expense accounts.
- Investigate and resolve delivery-related client issues.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of one year of relevant sales or customer service experience.
- Ability to travel locally as required.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- At least one year of experience in sales or customer service.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
