Commercial Banking Relationship Manager

The Commercial Banking team at UMB Bank is seeking a skilled Commercial Relationship Manager to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for cultivating new commercial relationships and expanding/retaining existing ones to increase the Bank's profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Build a commercial loan portfolio by prospecting for new Commercial & Industrial business.
- Engage and lead other team members to determine what other products and services the client might benefit from.
- Collaborate with commercial clients to better understand their business and financial needs.
- Analyze the business to qualify clients for bank products and services.
- 5 years sales experience with 2 years in Commercial Bank Sales.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Curious and wanting to know how companies work and what helps them remain successful in their respective industries.
- Demonstrated knowledge of credit, bank products, services, underwriting, and bank operations.
The posted compensation range for this role is $99,000 to $257,250.00 per year. UMB offers competitive and varied benefits to eligible associates, including Paid Time Off, a 401(k) matching program, annual incentive pay, and more.
