Job Title: Senior Analyst

At JPI, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in assisting our senior clients across various service offerings, including project/program management, business transformation, governance, process analysis and refinement, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead meetings and working groups to develop strategies and solutions that address stakeholder needs.
  • Conduct detailed research and analysis of technical data to provide informed guidance and recommendations.
  • Communicate effectively with senior personnel, including Flag Officers, and provide coaching to senior leadership and/or client personnel.
  • Support senior clients in managing project timelines and risk registers for multiple initiatives.
  • Contribute to governance initiatives and manage the development and revision of policy documents.
  • Manage and develop strategic documents and artifacts that articulate enterprise goals and strategies.
  • Develop and maintain client program organizational charts and stakeholder outreach matrices.
  • Create and execute strategic communications and implementation plans.
  • Support lifecycle internal and external client communications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience; master's degree or higher with 5+ years of experience.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Develop and implement management consulting, project management methodologies.
  • Build and manage senior client relationships.
  • Manage projects, deadlines, and project teams.
  • Own deliverables from concept to completion.
  • Lead planning and development of key strategic messaging.
  • Analyze and synthesize complex information.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

Expected Compensation:

The expected compensation for this role is between $55,000-$85,000, including a generous benefits package with comprehensive healthcare coverage. Final compensation is dependent on a variety of factors and is reviewed regularly for both internal and external equity considerations.
