Crunch Fitness is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Services Representative to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment that exceeds their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.
- Assist with membership sales, retail, and tanning product sales, promoting our services and programs to drive revenue growth.
- Promote membership privileges, including group fitness, small group training, and childcare, to increase member engagement and retention.
- Deliver on new member enrollment expectations, including guest conversion, Peaks %, ACH %, and CrunchOne Kickoff standards.
- Check in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures, resolving any member check-in issues promptly.
- Answer phones in a courteous and professional manner, communicating special events and promotions to members and guests.
- Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager, maintaining a professional and courteous disposition at all times.
- Be an expert in all club facility, services, programs, and schedules/hours of operation, ensuring accurate information is provided to members and guests.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to company standards and expectations.
- Perform opening and closing checklist and duties, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the front desk area.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position, preferably in a fitness or wellness environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate proficiency in reading and writing skills.
- Strong customer service orientation, with a focus on delivering exceptional member experiences.
- CPR/AED certification required, with the ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
- Must be able to lift or move up to 50 lbs, with physical effort required for daily duties including prolonged standing and walking.
Competitive hourly rate of $12-14/hour, plus commission. Benefits include PTO, subsidized health insurance coverage, basic life and AD&D, HSA, short-term disability, and free gym membership.
