Qualifications:

Essential Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Reside within a reasonable distance from Portland, OR.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
  • Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Capable of meeting the physical demands of the position, including lifting up to 75 pounds and frequent driving.
  • Availability for on-call duties at least once a month as part of a rotational schedule.
  • Willingness to travel for training and assignments as needed.

Preferred Skills and Experience (not mandatory):

  • Experience in plumbing and electrical work.
