Job Summary

The Strategic Business Growth Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing profitability by assisting the marketing and sales team to gauge perspectives of consumer needs and compiling campaign reports that outline a strategy.

Responsibilities

Bolster business expansion through:

  • Identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to increase brand awareness
  • Designing and presenting plans to implement recommended changes
  • Establishing new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with customers to boost customer retention
  • Analyzing campaign data and recommending new methods to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Providing leadership, training, and coaching to the marketing team
Requirements

To succeed as our Strategic Business Growth Manager, you should possess:

  • A degree in Business or a related field (preferred)
  • 0-2 years consulting experience
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities
  • Complex thinking and problem-solving skills
Salary

$65,000 - $85,000 per year
