Job Summary:

We are seeking a Sales Growth Professional, SMB Team to join our dynamic sales team. This role is responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new accounts, selling products, and negotiating deals with existing customers.

Sales Strategy:

The successful candidate will be expected to develop and execute a sales strategy that meets or exceeds monthly sales quotas. Key responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting and cold-calling potential customers to introduce our services
  • Negotiating deals with existing customers to increase revenue
  • Analyzing customer needs and preferences to tailor our sales approach
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma/GED
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with a high degree of multi-tasking
  • Travel may be required on occasion

Salary and Benefits:

The total target cash pay range for this position is $71,800 - $129,400, inclusive of target incentives, and base pay range is $43,080 - $77,640. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a flexible spending account, 401(k), employee stock grants, and paid time off.
