Job Title: Heavy Civil Contracts Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Contracts Specialist to join our team at Ganymede. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract and claims management, with experience in the heavy civil market.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing proposal and contract documents, identifying risks, and developing mitigation strategies. They will collaborate closely with operational pursuit teams, business development, legal, insurance, and procurement to navigate risks and optimize project opportunities.

This is a key role within our high-performing project controls team, where you will play a vital part in ensuring the successful, profitable execution of large-scale infrastructure projects.

The estimated salary for this position is $160,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review proposal and contract documents to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, focusing on joint venture agreements and subcontracts.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure all identified risks are managed before bids are submitted.
  • Provide ongoing contractual support and facilitate executive decision-making.
What You Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project contracts.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, alongside a team-player attitude.
