We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate professionals to join our team as Counselors (HS/Equivalent or Bachelor's) at the Helen Ross McNabb Center in Knox, Blount, and Anderson counties.
About the RoleAs a Counselor (HS/Equivalent or Bachelor's), you will play a vital role in providing mental health services to individuals and families in our community. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing individual and group counseling services to clients with a range of mental health needs
- Developing and implementing treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Providing education and support to clients and their families
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent and a Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling)
- Experience working with individuals and families with mental health needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
