Key Responsibilities- Provide information and referral, agency linkage, advocacy, home visits, and follow-up services as defined by the individualized goals of program participants.
- Offer a range of services, including child development, family support, child abuse prevention, victim support, and more.
- Work with clients to identify and achieve their goals, providing a supportive and non-judgmental environment.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience working with clients in a mental health or social services setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Competitive salary range: $14.85-$16.70 per hour (full-time), depending on position, education, and relevant experience.
