About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioners (APRN) and experienced licensed Physician Assistants to join our dynamic and rapidly growing mobile wound care team.

As a member of our team, you will provide exceptional care to patients in their homes, utilizing advanced technology like Ultramist for superior patient outcomes.

Position Details
  • Role: Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant
  • Commitment: Full-Time, 40 hours/week
  • Patient Load: Max census of 30-35 patients, approximately 7-9 per day
Benefits
  • Salary: $170,000/year
  • Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (paid out quarterly)

Job Duties
  • Provide patient-centered care for a diverse range of medical conditions
  • Diagnose and treat chronic and acute illnesses
  • Conduct comprehensive physical assessments
  • Educate patients and families about health conditions and preventive care strategies
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
