- Perform advanced functions on the credit union's computer systems related to account management.
- Engage in activities assigned by the Branch Vice President to meet sales objectives, including telemarketing and in-branch promotions.

- Train platform staff in teller and back-office responsibilities, providing assistance as needed.
- Support team members in identifying and correcting posting discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records to verify transaction postings and balancing.
- Respond to member inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Oversee daily processing and balancing of negotiable items and cash management.
- Perform essential operational duties to ensure high-quality member service.
- Assign tasks and evaluate work for accuracy and compliance with policies.
- Streamline procedures to enhance team efficiency.
- Document and maintain performance records, providing feedback and conducting evaluations.
- Foster a positive work environment and address grievances swiftly.
- Monitor branch cash limits and ensure adequate cash supply for member services.
- Provide ongoing training to staff on required practices and compliance regulations.
- Actively participate in the branch's sales initiatives to meet or exceed individual goals.
- Maintain professionalism and respect in all interactions with members and colleagues.
- Be prepared to travel for training and support at other branches as needed.
- Stay updated on training and development opportunities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
The physical demands of this role include prolonged periods of sitting or standing, occasional bending and walking, and the ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds. Flexibility to travel to various locations on short notice is also required.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of five years of experience in a credit union or financial institution, with a strong background in cash handling and branch operations.
- Proficient in basic computer functions and programs.
- Advanced knowledge of Office software is essential.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities are necessary.
- Successful completion of required training courses as designated by the Talent Development Center.
