Job OverviewThe Barista is a vital role within our café, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality products to our patrons. As a Barista, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a loyal customer base through exceptional service and product quality.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages to exacting standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Contribute to the overall profitability of the café through efficient operations and sales growth.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest coffee trends and techniques, continuously improving your skills and knowledge.
- High school education or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 70 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
