Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Hilton Houston Plaza/Medical Center. As a Barista, you will play a key role in providing exceptional guest service and ensuring the highest quality of products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve beverages and food to guests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the bar and back bar.
  • Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner.
  • Perform pre and post-shift side work, including stock and service station maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of F&B outlet customer service experience, preferably as a Barista.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional guest service.
