We are in search of a dedicated and proficient Government Asset Coordinator to become a part of our team, offering essential support to the Network Operations Security Center (NOSC). Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing all facets of government-owned assets across various Task Orders, aiding multiple agencies and locations. This position demands a driven, career-focused individual who possesses a thorough understanding of Government Property regulations and can assist the organization in adhering to all internal and external compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of government-owned assets across various Task Orders for
  • multiple Federal Agencies and locations
  • Collaborate with government property managers and other contractors to facilitate and manage
  • the delivery and return of equipment to personnel
  • Supervise all aspects of government property assigned to personnel supporting the contract, maintaining asset hand receipts for the duration of the device's life plus an additional two years or longer, as mandated by the government
  • Provide guidance, recommendations, and support as the subject matter expert on all matters
  • related to Government Property
  • Stay informed about FAR, DFARS, industry best practices, and asset management
  • applications
  • Ensure compliance with government-approved procedures and maintain all supporting documentation, including backup files for audit
  • Manage and maintain precise property transfer records and assist with audits
  • Generate timely reports for government, IDIQ, and TO personnel as required, including support for monthly reporting
  • Coordinate with the Purchasing Department(s) to reconcile purchase orders, receiving, and asset details to create unique records for each piece of government equipment in accordance with FAR requirements. Oversee the disposition of excess, obsolete, or damaged government property and support technology refresh initiatives
  • Oversee and manage cases of Lost, Damaged, Destroyed, or Theft (LDDT) of government property assigned to contractor personnel, coordinating and notifying the government as necessary

Required Qualifications:

  • An associate's degree
  • A minimum of nine (9) years of relevant experience
  • A minimum of two (2) years of related experience in supporting geographically dispersed enterprise operations teams
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written) with all levels of management and cross-functional team leadership and coordination

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with DHS
  • Experience with DoD
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow


Clearance Level:

  • Must be a U.S. citizen
  • Must hold a Secret level clearance
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain DHS EOD suitability

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods.
  • Occasional movement within the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copier, and printer.
  • Frequent communication with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
