Cortica is a rapidly growing healthcare company that is pioneering a unique, interdisciplinary approach to the care of children with neurodevelopmental conditions. We are seeking a skilled Pediatrician to join our team of passionate professionals who are dedicated to providing gold-standard developmental and medical care to patients.

As a Pediatrician on our care team, you will work closely with cognitive-behavioral pediatric neurologists, epileptologists, and pediatric nurse practitioners to diagnose and treat genetic, metabolic, neurological, GI, and other conditions that commonly occur in children with autism and other developmental diagnoses. You will receive in-depth training and ongoing education to support you in becoming an expert in the diagnosis and management of pediatric neurodevelopmental conditions.

We utilize a comprehensive set of standardized assessments to track developmental outcomes, and you will gain a deep understanding of these assessments to guide your patients' comprehensive therapy programs. Our centers are collaborative environments where professionals work together to provide the best possible care for our patients.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $216,000 - $270,000
  • A $3,000 continuing education stipend
  • 34 hours per week of direct care with 6 hours of protected time

Requirements:

  • Completed four years of medical school from an accredited university
  • Completed three years of residency training in pediatrics
  • Board certified or board eligible in pediatrics
  • Current and unrestricted medical license within the state of provided care and open to pursuing other state licenses for remote coverage of other Cortica markets
