- This role focuses on the design, execution, and assessment of support systems for individuals with intellectual disabilities, traumatic brain injuries, and senior citizens.
- Essential skills include strong leadership, organizational abilities, and effective communication.
- Applicants should possess a minimum of three years of relevant experience along with a Bachelor’s degree. Equivalent experience with a High School diploma may also be considered.
- The standard work hours are from 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday, with the possibility of flexibility for urgent situations and after-hours responsibilities.
- This position is collaborative, dynamic, and offers both challenges and rewards.
- It is a full-time role, requiring 37.5 hours per week, with an annual salary of $45,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
