Job Overview:

The Event Service Specialist is tasked with delivering outstanding service to our members and guests throughout their dining experiences. This role involves creating a welcoming environment, responding promptly to guest needs, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pristine dining area. As an Event Service Specialist, you will have the chance to demonstrate your superior customer service abilities and contribute to the overall satisfaction of our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Notify supervisors of any guest concerns to facilitate immediate resolution
  • Maintain appropriate attire and personal hygiene at all times
  • Participate in pre-shift briefings as required
  • Provide prompt and courteous service to all guests
  • Restock workstations at the conclusion of each shift
  • Welcome arriving guests with a friendly demeanor
  • Engage in the ongoing cleaning and maintenance of the facilities
  • Serve food and beverage items that adhere to high standards
  • Stand and walk for extended periods, up to five hours
  • Lift, push, pull, or carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Work flexible hours to meet the needs of the business
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in the service or hospitality industry, or a strong desire to gain such experience
  • A solid work ethic and a collaborative, positive attitude
  • A genuine interest in the Food & Beverage and/or Hospitality industry

Compensation:
