Job Title: Production Supervisor

Amphenol Industrial Operations is seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations and ensure the efficient production of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of production workers, providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure maximum productivity and performance.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to develop and execute production schedules, ensuring on-time delivery and efficient resource allocation.
  • Enforce quality control measures to maintain product quality and compliance with industry standards and specifications.
  • Promote and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, implement lean manufacturing principles, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Train and mentor production team members, supporting their skill development and growth within the company.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation for compliance and analysis purposes.
  • Address production-related issues promptly, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective action to prevent recurrence.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 5 years of experience as a production supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process optimization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production-related software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
