About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join our team at Pix4D. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the North American market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking events.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close deals and secure contracts.
  • Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM software.
  • Track key performance metrics such as sales revenue, conversion rates, and client satisfaction, and prepare regular reports for management.
Requirements
  • Self-motivated by goals and deadlines, with a proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong track record of navigating complex client organizational structures.
  • Experience with closing deals with medium to long sales cycles (3-6 months).
  • Experience with large enterprises and government agencies (DoTs, EPA, HUD, Public works, municipalities).
  • Work travel 30-50% of the time.
  • Previous experience in business development and sales, with a proven track record of driving growth and acquiring net new clients.
  • Experience with prospecting, cold calling, sales outreach, and creating a sales pipeline through outbound activities.
  • Knowledge of the industry is recommended.
  • Strong negotiation skills are essential for success to persuade potential clients to engage with the business.
  • Strong networking skills to identify new opportunities and expand their professional network.
  • Bringing your own network in DoTs, public works, public safety, AEC, horizontal construction, etc. is a strong plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical skills for conducting market research, analyzing data, and evaluating the performance of business development initiatives.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, sales automation tools, and other relevant technologies.
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field is desired.
  • Proficient English language skills, written and spoken.
