  • We are looking for an individual who can implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Direct one-on-one behavioral support will be provided to students, focusing on improving social, academic, and life skills.
  • Data collection and analysis will ensure accurate documentation of student behavior and progress.

  • Collaboration with teachers, school staff, and families will ensure consistent support across all environments.
  • Ethical and professional standards set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) will be followed.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Experience working with elementary-aged children (K-5), especially in a school setting, is preferred.
  • A strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques is necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment are essential.
  • Patience, flexibility, and passion for working with children with diverse learning and behavioral needs are required.
  • A high school diploma is required; additional certifications or college education related to behavior analysis or education are a plus.
