We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Care Specialist to join our team at OhioHealth. As a key member of our Medical Unit 2, you will provide exceptional nursing care to patients and families, working collaboratively with our healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care to patients and families in diverse healthcare settings
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Delegate tasks to unlicensed assistive personnel (UAPs) as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing
  • Current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Ohio
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position working night shifts, with a scheduled 40 hours per week. Our Medical Unit 2 is a dynamic and supportive environment that values teamwork and professional growth.
