Estimated Salary: $95,000 - $120,000 per yearAbout the Role

This RN Quality Specialist position plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of medical records at our 95+ bed facility. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as experience working with electronic medical records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing medical record reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
  • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and survey readiness
  • Providing education and training to staff on documentation best practices
  • Supporting Pathways to Excellence and NDNQI initiatives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A registered nursing license
  • An Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred)
  • Excellent knowledge of spreadsheets, database management, and PowerPoint
  • Strong administrative and communication skills
