Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and behavioral challenges.
Key Responsibilities- Support participants with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Assist participants with developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
- Encourage participants to engage in community activities and hobbies.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to participants.
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized support plans.
