Job Summary

We are seeking a Caregiver/Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Caregiver/Direct Support Professional, you will provide support and assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and behavioral challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist individuals with their personal hygiene and support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
  • Support individuals with developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
  • Take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities.
  • Expand your knowledge of psychology by supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and behavioral challenges.

Requirements
