Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and proper operation of our food outlets, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Supervise daily shift operations, ensure all end-of-day cash outs are correctly completed, and coordinate front- and back-of-house restaurant operations.
  • Staff Management: Train staff to follow restaurant procedures, maintain a positive work environment, and appraise staff performance.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, handle complaints, and interact with guests to gather feedback on product quality and service levels.
  • Financial Management: Control operational costs, identify ways to cut waste, and maintain budget limitations.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, attend required training sessions, and obtain and retain required licenses.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or minimum of 5 years progressive work experience in food and beverage operations.
  • Experience: At least 3 years in a supervisor capacity, with 2 years of experience with financial documents, including budgeting, food cost analysis, and labor cost analysis.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for longer than 8 hours, lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
