Assess and propose modifications to the technical environment to guarantee consistent service delivery across our global system instances. Analyze enhancement requests from Merchandising stakeholders, ensuring that the solutions are technically robust and fulfill the required functionalities while minimizing custom code alterations.
Engage in all phases of Merchandising projects—Design, Build, Test, and Go-Live—to lessen reliance on external providers for these essential functions. Serve as a technical expert in the application of statistical forecasting models within merchandising demand forecasting, utilizing both internal and external data to enhance product availability precisely when and where it is needed to satisfy customer demand.
**Remote Work:** This position allows for 100% telecommuting, enabling candidates to work from any location within the U.S.
**Employment Type:** Full-time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
Qualifications:
Applicants must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related discipline, along with 8 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the retail sector.
Of the required experience, candidates must have 7 years in:
- Implementing and supporting merchandising systems (Allocation, Replenishment, and Forecasting) utilizing Blue Yonder or JDA platforms;
- Utilizing Blue Yonder or JDA platforms for troubleshooting and analyzing inventory management challenges.
- Applying machine learning methodologies in Demand Forecasting;
- Employing Agile methodologies in software development;
- Developing Integration Services;
- Translating Business requirements into Data and Technical specifications.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $122,400.00 - $153,000.00 annually.
Incentive Opportunities: This role is eligible for additional compensation, which may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentives, or commission potential. Specific details regarding additional compensation will be discussed during the recruitment process.
