Job Title: Senior IT Supply Chain Business Solutions Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Supply Chain Business Solutions Analyst to join our team at Qorvo. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for providing solution recommendations in SAP Supply Chain modules, including advanced planning, procurement, manufacturing, plant maintenance, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide solution recommendations in SAP Supply Chain modules, including advanced planning, procurement, manufacturing, plant maintenance, and quality.
  • Independently work with business teams to understand their business requirements and provide optimal solution options with SAP SCM modules.
  • Provide hands-on operational support for SAP supply chain enhancements, tickets, and incidents, and maintain KPIs/SLAs.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including AMS, IT, and business, to resolve business problems.
  • Translate non-functional and functional requirements into end-to-end analytical solution design.
  • Actively contribute to the S/4 HANA Business Transformation program and own and deliver supply chain business solutions on S/4 HANA with a Fit to Standard approach.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of cumulative work experience in SAP Supply Chain area.
  • Strong hands-on techno-functional knowledge of SAP to support in-scope Supply Chain business processes, including procurement, supply chain planning, manufacturing, warehouse management, quality management, and plant maintenance.
  • Hands-on experience implementing and supporting S/4 HANA.
  • Hands-on experience supporting business requirements in Supply Chain area, providing end-to-end solutions, and resolving issues.
  • Hands-on experience providing operational support in Supply Chain area and managing delivery KPIs/SLAs.
  • Cross-functional experience across SAP Modules, including FICO, SD, etc.
  • Knowledge of ECC or S/4 HANA Solution Stack, Technology, and Architecture across different business functions.
  • Experience with IT processes related to Change Management, Release Management, and SDLC is a plus.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and a solid team player.
