About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Legrand AV, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing ecommerce programs on partner sites, merchandising our products based on customer buying and search behaviors, and tracking the competitive landscape within our key partners. This is a key position that involves driving revenue growth for our company by building strong partnerships and executing effective ecommerce strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, business, merchandising, or a related field, with 2 years of experience in ecommerce or merchandising role and 2 years of experience regularly interfacing and managing relationships with external clients or customers. They will also have experience working cross-functionally across sales, product management, and marketing, as well as strong analytical skills and ability to navigate structured and unstructured data through intermediate excel skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute ecommerce strategies to drive revenue growth and improve brand awareness.
  • Manage relationships with ecommerce partners, supporting their daily needs and identifying revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Work with third-party vendors to deliver ecommerce products and services to partners.
  • Support sales goals for partner ecommerce, striving for 5-10% growth each year.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Merchandising, or related field with 2 years of experience in ecommerce or merchandising role and 2 years of experience regularly interfacing and managing relationships with external clients or customers; or a combination of relevant education and experience.
  • Experience working cross-functionally across Sales, Product Management, and Marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to navigate structured and unstructured data through intermediate Excel skills.

Estimated Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
