Customer Service Liaison

Lantheus is a dynamic and innovative organization that empowers clinicians to find, fight, and follow disease. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Account Management Liaison, you will work closely with internal business partners to setup, troubleshoot, and maintain ordering accounts. Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and reconciling incoming onboarding requests for accuracy
- Entering new accounts and clinical studies into our account-management system
- Troubleshooting and resolving account-related issues with our online ordering platform
- Processing account changes and ensuring alignment with pharmacy, website, and internal partners
You will also provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your strong communication skills and ability to work independently will be essential in this role.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school degree and 3+ years of related experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Experience with Excel preferred
