Job Summary:The eICU Nurse/UKHC Specialist is a critical care professional responsible for providing continuous vigilance and tele-nursing care to critically ill adults across multiple ICUs at various hospitals. Key Responsibilities:- Provide continuous monitoring and tele-nursing care to critically ill patients
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Utilize clinical decision support systems to inform patient care decisions
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Current RN licensure in the state of Kentucky
- Three or more years of experience as an ICU nurse in adult critical care
- Two or more years of experience in a clinical role requiring effective communication and collaboration with healthcare professionals
- Current BLS-Provider and ACLS-Provider course completion
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing
- Three years of adult critical care experience
