Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform patient care duties, including starting IVs, performing simple wound dressings, and notifying the RN of any changes or abnormalities in the patient's condition.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of patient medical histories, medications, and treatment plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Current active LPN license to practice in the state of Kentucky or eligibility to obtain by date of hire.
  • One or more years of ambulatory clinical experience preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
