Seeking a driven Sales Representative to join our team at Massanois, a leading importer and direct distributor of fine wine and craft spirits. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in growing our sales revenue by developing relationships with key accounts and expanding our presence in the market.

About Massanois

Massanois is a New York City-based company that curates a portfolio of quality-driven family-owned wineries and distilleries from around the world. We are direct distributors in several states and work closely with independent quality distributors across the US.

What We Offer

We offer an above-average base salary of $60,000 per year, plus commission rates, expenses reimbursement, bonus programs, and international travel opportunities. All employees receive full health benefits upon starting.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should be a self-starter with strong interpersonal skills, possess 'hospitality DNA,' and have a passion for wine. You should also be organized, punctual, and able to think strategically about brand building and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

You must have retail and/or restaurant account relationships or experience working in the wine and spirits industry. You should understand how to generate sales and drive sell-through, as well as provide excellent customer service. Experience with Salesforce and Google Sheets is a plus.

Territory Management

You will need to plan and prioritize your time effectively to hit your targets, assess cold/warm/hot opportunities, and continuously grow your territory. You should be able to lift 40 pounds and attend sales meetings, annual portfolio tastings, and other company events.
